People who have relocated abroad to Dubrovnik may be looking forward to winter in the city.
A spokeswoman from Dubrovnik Tourist Board pointed out that there are a number of exciting activities taking place for people to enjoy.
During Christmas, there will be candles, the region's carols called kolendas and "sweet scents" in the air, she said.
"The whole town perks up," the representative added.
People can also go to the Christmas Fair or listen to the music of the Dubrovnik Symphony Orchestra, she stated.
The spokeswoman noted New Years Eve is also an exciting time in the Croatian city, with "the crazy rhythms of live, outdoor music" and outdoor fireworks exciting the populace.
February 3rd marks the Festivity of St Blaise, she said, noting all Dubrovnik people look forward to this time as the figure is the patron saint of the city.
"Come to Dubrovnik, a city for all seasons," the spokeswoman added.
