Income Replacement

Expatriate Group policies provide your employees with Income Replacement as standard. This provides a supplementary policy to ensure that, if there’s no alterative policy in place, financial aid is available to assist with costs if you are no longer able to work.

What is International Income Protection Insurance?

Financial peace of mind if you’re unable to do your usual occupation.

Your medical situation capability to work could change drastically as a result of an accident or an illness. Depending on the severity of the accident you could end up permanently disabled and a long way from home. Protecting yourself and your family during times when a primary wage earner is unable to work can save a multitude of extra stress.

Expat income protection safeguards you and your family by providing you with a lump sum payment if you can no longer attend your normal occupation due to accident or illness. This can be used to cover household expenses while you transition to another occupation or to enable to you cover the high cost of moving overseas, giving you the option to return to your country of nationality and be closer to family.

Employee Assistance Programme

What is an Employee Assistance Programme?

Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs) are employee benefit programmes intended to help employees deal with personal problems that might adversely impact their work performance, health and wellbeing. Our EAP includes assessment, short-term counselling and referral services for employees and their immediate family – wherever they are in the world.

Critical Incident Management

Our Critical Incident Management service provides a fully trained trauma counsellor or counselling team to be onsite, typically within 24 to 48 working hours to deliver a specialist group counselling debriefing. Our EAP clients will also have immediate access to 24 hour telephone support to assist with the management of the incident.

Counselling Service

We recognise there can be times when additional support is needed for employees and managers alike. Balancing the pressures of work with the needs of home and personal life can be at times, stressful. Our employee counselling service provides complete nationwide coverage and guarantees all of our counsellors meet stringent quality criteria.

Our counsellors can also deliver a range of trauma-specific interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).

All counsellors hold as a minimum, a qualification in Counselling or Psychotherapy that is accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) or the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy

Expatriate Group’s EAP is provided in partnership with the critically acclaimed international EAP solutions provider, Health Assured.
