International healthcare policyholders who are dissatisfied with their life should make a change today rather than wait for the New Year.
This is the advice from Rebekah Fensome, a life coach and hypnotherapist, who noted that goals can be made at any time of the year.
"I think sometimes we use New Year as an excuse but if you want to set some goals it certainly doesn't matter what time of year it is. You could start now – why should we wait for a particular time to do it? If there's something you want to change, then start now," she said.
The first thing to do is to look at how realistic the achievement is, before setting out to complete it, she added.
Ms Fensome's advice comes after research from Engage Mutual found 80 per cent of women are worried about their partner's unhealthy lifestyle, with diet, sleeping problems and excessive drinking the major causes of concern.
