Expatriate insurance could be something to consider for people thinking about moving to the US.
According to recent comments from Andrew Broeren, head of Paragon Investors, now is a good time to pick up a distressed bargain in the mid-west US.
Speaking to Overseas Property Professional, Mr Broeren said that Cleveland, St Louis and Kansas City are in particular demand among renters.
There is a large population in these cities, along with a long list of Fortune top 100 companies an some major industry growth.
He added that his firm is currently looking for property that can be renovated to a high standard in order to let it out.
Anybody moving out the US should be careful to check their overseas health insurance is in place.
