Expatriates living in Spain might want to check out some of the country's Easter celebrations.
However, the processions and events can get quite exciting, so organising overseas health insurance first might be an idea.
According to a spokesman for the Spanish Tourist Office, Easter week is celebrated "with a great deal of emotion" in Spain.
He added: "People take an active role in its events and traditions. By day and by night, the streets fill with the sound of drums, the colour of flowers and the art of religious sculptures, that come together to produce a highly moving atmosphere.
"People spending Easter can expect a great scenario full of processions and events where an environment of respect and penance are present among the streets."
The comments come after research from Skyscanner show that people are booking up flights ahead of the Easter holiday season.
