Expatriate health insurance customers planning to invest in overseas real estate could benefit from purchasing assets in Brazil.
BuyAssociation editor Paul Collins stated global attention will be brought to the country through the upcoming Olympic Games and FIFA World Cup, both of which will be hosted on its shores in the next six months.
He claimed the nation has combined "two of the most important factors in an investment property market".
Its economy is developing so rapidly, it is soon expected to be the fifth-largest on Earth, with this forecast to occur within a few years, the expert pointed out.
However, in another sense it is "still an emerging market", Mr Collins declared, noting tourists and investors are only just beginning to notice the country.
Brazil is also a good option for investments in property as this market has displayed resilience to the large-scale economic turmoil recently seen, he had previously remarked.
