Adventurous expatriates planning to relocate abroad to another country could find what they want in Mauritius.
Mauritius Tourism Promotion Authority sales and marketing manager Caroline Loevner argued the options for adventure are "endless" in the country.
This is a result of the tropical temperatures and diverse terrain, she remarked.
Watersports are popular in Mauritius, with kayaking, windsurfing, pedaloing, snorkelling, waterskiing and glass-bottom boat trips available in the country, the representative continued.
Furthermore, active people could enjoy quad-biking or walking with lions in the Frederica Nature Reserve or the Vallee de Ferney, Ms Loevner said.
She also highlighted swimming with dolphins, underwater walks, kite-surfing, big-game fishing and ziplining as some of the other exciting pastimes people can become involved with in Mauritius.
