Expatriate Insurance News: Brazil 'proving irresistible'

Expatriate health insurance could be essential for people who are tempted to buy property in Brazil.

According to recent comments from Nick Marr, chief executive officer at Homesgofast.com, Brazil is proving irresistible to overseas property buyers.

He explained that there are all sorts of exciting things happening in the country at the moment, including Barack Obama's visit, oil finds, the FIFA World Cup and the Olympics.

As such, anybody choosing to buy property in Brazil should not have a problem selling it on to either other overseas buyers or the local population.

The comments come after Knight Frank reported that global house prices rose by 2.8 per cent in the year to December 2010.

This is a decline on the 3.1 per cent increase recorded in the third quarter of last year.

Expatriate health insurance is something to consider when looking at moving overseas so that you and your family can enjoy peace of mind knowing you are covered in the event of any problems.
