Those people who are considering re-locating to another country could be wise to consider the Philippines.

According to nubricks.com, the Asian country is "about to burst onto the international property scene" and has a huge number of advantages for investors.

For example, the site explained, the economy is doing extremely well, the climate is wonderful and the cost of living is low.

It noted that demand for property from investors in Europe, the US and Russia has increased because prices are not particularly high and because the Phillipines is a "strong emerging market".

Nubricks also noted that "entry level purchasing prices for freehold property are much lower".

"A deposit on a new fully furnished, five star apartment or villa for example can be as low as £2,000," the site explained.

The Philippines is a collection of approximately 7,100 islands located in south-east Asia.
