New site launched to help expatriates find work in Thailand

A new website specifically aimed at helping expatriates to find work in Thailand has been launched.
The site, www.jobsin-thailand.com, was launched very recently and already there are more than 100 available jobs listed.
Jobs in Thailand is "committed to helping expats and foreigners find well paid work in Thailand" and vacancies currently listed on the site include marketing officers, test programmers and financial advisors.
Users have to pay to register with the site and once they have a login they can look for new jobs.
The charge is issued because many small companies which offer jobs to expatriates in Thailand but these vacancies require effort to seek them out.
A note on jobsin-thailand.com explained: "The only way we find them is by placing people in Thailand who go knocking on doors, making phone calls and promoting our site.
"Although we are certain that in the near future our services will be sought out, in order for us to get the funding we need just to function we need to charge for our services."
