Moscow is most expensive place for an expatriate

Moscow has come first for the third year running in a list of cities that are expensive for an expatriate to live in, according to Mercer's worldwide rankings.
London moved down the table by one to third, being replaced by Tokyo in second.
Fourth was the Norwegian capital of Oslo and the capital of South Korea, Seoul, came in fifth.
New York is used as the basis point for the survey and scores 100 points, compared to Moscow which scores just under 143.
Yvonne Traber of Mercer said: "Current market conditions have led to the further weakening of the US dollar which, coupled with the strengthening of the Euro and many other currencies, has caused significant changes in this year's rankings.
"Our research confirms the global trend in price increases for certain foodstuffs and petrol, though the rise is not consistent in all locations."
The least expensive expatriate destination was Asuncion in Paraguay, marking the sixth year the city has been at the bottom of the list.
