Lions in South Africa visit

The rugby union team, the Lions, has begun its series of matches against South Africa, much to the pleasure of the country's expatriate community.
Despite being beaten by five points in the first test, it is unlikely the Lions side will lose much support as an estimated 25,000 people have travelled to support them.
English, Scottish, Welsh and Irish players are wearing the Lions' red jersey and the team have two further test matches in which to beat their hosts, the formidable Springboks.
British expatriates in South Africa may benefit from a high standard of living, although the country itself is still impoverished in places.
Often known as the Rainbow Nation thanks to its diversity, South Africa accepts immigrants as residents after they have lived there for five years.
