Korean banks looking to serve expatriate community

Having settled in Korea, British expatriates may notice the country's banks are offering them more services.
The Korea Times has reported lenders are hoping to accommodate a new wave of expatriates with money to deposit.
Local branches are now providing expat-only services supported by English-speaking staff and British expatriates in Korea should now have access to their cash via international ATM machines.
The new services have come about thanks to "the influx of educated and high-salaried foreigners over the past years", the paper reports.
British expatriate John Adams explained that living there does not leave him worried about North Korea.
"There are no daily troubles, nothing tangible - life goes on regardless," he told the BBC.
