Guru recommends Brazil for an expatriate

A property guru has suggested that Brazil is one of the best areas for anyone looking to become an expatriate to move to at the moment.
Billionaire Sam Zell told the Real Estate in Emerging Markets Forum in New York recently that the South American country was a great place to buy property in comparison to other destinations.
"If you look at all the facts, I don't think there is a better environment in all the world than Brazil," the property magnate said.
Brazil, along with China and India, is one of a handful of countries that it is thought will not be affected by the world economic problems the same way as developed countries are being.
The country saw a third quarter gross domestic product increase of 6.3 per cent, a figure which has grown from 5.8 per cent in the first quarter and six per cent in the second.
Brazil's oil wealth and its good climate are just two of the reasons why people have moved to the country, according to Mr Zell.
