Expats welcome new arrivals

The British Residents' Society (BRS) in Cyprus has organised an open day to welcome all the new arrivals to the Famagusta and Karpaz regions.
'Meet the BRS' will give new expatriates a chance to meet the BRS committee and like-minded people who have also made the move to live abroad.
The society hopes it can expand its reach after eight years' hard work and attract more people from around the Kapaz area.
Cyprus is a favoured expatriate destination for a number of reasons: the island's weather is extremely diverse, residents can enjoy the summer sun and later in the year ski on its mountains.
