Expatriate Healthcare News: Spain 'can meet any budget'

Expatriates living in temperate climes and looking for some holiday sun could try Spain for its beaches and culture, a travel website has pointed out.

Nadine Hallak of cheapflights.co.uk said that between the four main 'fly and flop' resorts of Malaga, Alicante, Palma and Tenerife, "any traveller on any budget can be catered for".

"Spain's culture is as rich as its scenery – it would be a shame to miss the country's beautiful architecture, delicious cuisine and vibrant nightlife on any holiday," Ms Hallak added.

According to the Skyscanner Flight Trends June 2010, Spain came first in a list of the most popular countries with people seeking a summer getaway.

Expatriates looking into taking a trip abroad this summer could consider taking out expat health insurance to help with costly medical expenses.

Ms Hallak added that holidaymakers going to Spain should ensure they venture off the beaten track to experience authentic Spanish culture.
