Expat medical insurance news: Goodbye to Britain's oldest expat

New Zealand's expat community is this month saying goodbye to Britain's oldest expatriate Eric King-Turner, who has died aged 104.
Mr King-Turner became something of a minor celebrity when he made the decision to move to New Zealand two years ago, citing, like many expats before him, the miserable weather as the main reason for his flight.
It also gave his New Zealand-born wife Doris, 90, the opportunity to spend time with her friends and family.
Speaking of her husband earlier this month, she described Eric, a retired dentist, as a "thorough English gentleman who always enjoyed life and made the most of it".
