Europe is close to deflation, new figures show

New figures from the European statistics organisation Eurostat show Eurozone countries are returning negative inflation figures.
People considering moving to Europe to start their lives as expatriates can expect to notice falling prices in several nations.
The lowest annual inflation rates were recorded in Ireland (-2.6 per cent) Belgium (-1.7 per cent) and Luxemburg (-1.5 per cent).
Spain, a popular expatriate destination, also returned negative growth figures with its prices dropping by 1.4 per cent.
This could further reduce the price of property and provide an even greater initiative for Brits to head for the sun.
Before they do, soon-to-be expatriates need to ensure they are protected by international health insurance if they want to receive healthcare of the standard found in the UK.
