Brits in Estonia told 'economy is improving'

British expatriates who have made their home in Estonia should be pleased to hear the country's economy is improving.
The Estonian National Bank, Eesti Pank, has said the current economic decline is lessening, heralding a more optimistic feeling.
According to its statement, industrial output levels and expert markets are declining by less than before.
"The overall volume of services exports has not contracted significantly compared with last year; also the confidence indicators have improved a bit," the bank said in a statement sent to Bloomberg.
Brits are often attracted to other countries because of the range of cheap properties that are sometimes on offer.
The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors noted recently that the affordability of property in Estonia has increased.
Cheaper property, however, is not a reliable indication of a country's health service. If you are considering a permanent move to the Baltic states, then look for specialised expatriate insurance.
