13/01/09 17:33
An increasing number of people will move abroad and become an expatriate in Brazil in the future, according to BuyAssociation.co.uk.
Paul Collins, property editor for the website, said that due to its warm climate and government investment in the country's infrastructure more people are being attracted by a holiday in Brazil.
"Initially it was purely for investors, but now we are seeing more and more people looking at it seriously as a holiday destination," he said.
Mr Collins went on to say that he expects that the more people who take holidays in Brazil the more they will want to leave their home and become an expatriate in the South American country.
"Some people are looking to uproot there but not so many. That will come later," he added.
British buyers are attracted by the "diverse landscape, rich culture, idyllic climate and affordability" as well as the low property prices and the large volume of new-builds, according to BuyAssociation.co.uk.
